It is with great sadness that the family of Skeel Williams announce his passing on 9th August 2020 at Llandough Hospital at the age of 86.  Skeel will be lovingly remembered by his wife Helen, his children Sarah, Mark and Dafydd and his grandchildren Harriet, Charlotte, Holly, Alys, Erin and Joshua.
